Because we’re still the same person you wanted to impress so badly when you first met us.
And if you think it’s okay not to pay attention, you’re wrong.
When you pour wine to our friends and forget to offer us a glass of that sweet Riesling… it hurts our feelings. A little.
To be completely fair and balanced, the flowers you brought home today brightened our day. So it’s just a matter of consistency. From both of us.
Oh and for the parenting thing – we did not sign up for single motherhood when we married you. So step it up a little, as much as you think is fair… and balanced.
